flight of the bumble bees

when i was in form three (that was in 1999. jadi cuba teka umur saya <--tak berkaitan) one of my fellow classmate nearly lost his finger while using a circular saw (kelas kemahiran hidup. u klas apa? ai klas pertanian <--lagi perkara tak berkaitan). the bloody massacre (gila exaggerate) happened right in front of my eyes. luckily he survived while i myself suffered from post-traumatic syndrome sehingga takut menggunakan mesin-mesin pemotong berelektrik <-- sbnarnya nak cakap saya cintakan pisau pemotong n-t cutter bermata serong.

projek bayi #3. hanging mobile. terima kasih kpd pisau pemotong berjasa akhirnya dpt hasilkan kepingan kayu balsa berbentuk bulatan (hampir) sempurna.

pwincess and the pea. eh salah. peas in a pod.

we had calamari, corn, wedges and cucumber + peas salad for lunch. fresh peas taste a lot lot nicer than frozen packed ones. so if u have time do pick some fresh ones in pods. blanch them for a few minutes, toss some sliced cucumber and a bit of mayo, pepper n salt to taste. the peas; they just burst with fresh sweetness.

2nd doll completed. blue overall with red polka dot bow.

clam clam clam. we had tasmanian mussels last two friday. it smelled of sea and so yummy.

'passion'ately bloomed

crumbly almond cookies. only 3/4 made it into the jar. and lasted for bout 24hours (je). sedapsedapsedap. thanx k ayu for sharing d recipe. mlm ni nak buat lagi.

projek menjahit barangan bayi juga telah bermula. kicking off with this mice (unnamed lagi, cadangan nama yg cool dan cute amat dialu-alukan. macam teddy bear nama sauron tuh. kan sgt cool *jeling zati*).

alhamdulillah, raya tahun ini cukup meriah. 1st raya 7 rumah diziarah, 2nd raya buat joined open house pula. juadah raya boleh kata semua ada; lemang instant wajik dodol kuih cincin kerepek2 import. gambar manusia2 seronok beraya sudah diaplod di fb ya. selamat hari raya maaf zahir batin!!

selamat menyambut hari raya untuk semua kawan kawan dan keluarga yg dirindui (mak, kad dah smpai ke? hehe). salam maaf zahir dan batin dari kami di perantauan. i miss raya in malaysia sooooo much. cat rumah, gantung langsir susun fresh flowers atas meja nyalakan pelita salam2 raya blk kampung bergambar kat tangga batu rumah abah yai ramai2 wuuuwuuuuwuuuuuuu *lap2 monitor laptop*

hopefully u guys will have a blast this year with the loved ones around. rindu2 lah kami di sini ya? selamat hari raya!
